On November 8, 2024, the Party Congress of the Communist Party of China Dacheng Biochemical Technology Group Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Jilin Provincial Party School. A total of 63 party member representatives from Dacheng Group headquarters, Dehui Park, and Changchun Park attended the meeting. The meeting was co chaired by Wang Guicheng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dacheng Group, and Comrade Tai Shubin, Deputy General Manager.
The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem. Comrade Wang Guicheng, on behalf of the previous committee of Dacheng Group, delivered a work report titled "Overcoming Difficulties and Striving for Development, Forge Ahead to Create a New Chapter, and Bravely Advance on the Road to Achieving High Quality Development of Dacheng Group". Party member representatives reviewed and unanimously approved the work report. The conference believes that the report not only highly summarizes the development process and remarkable achievements of the group in the past five years, but also deeply analyzes the current situation and tasks faced.
Comrade Chen Shengdi, on behalf of the previous Discipline Inspection Commission of Dacheng Group, delivered a work report titled "Strengthening Responsibility, Building a Clean and Honest Ecology, and Providing Strong and Powerful Disciplinary Guarantees for the High Quality Development of the Group". Party member representatives reviewed and unanimously approved the work report. The conference believes that the report is detailed and focused, comprehensively summarizing the remarkable achievements of the discipline inspection commission in the construction of party conduct and clean governance and the fight against corruption, and deeply analyzing the current problems and shortcomings.
In strict accordance with the Constitution of the CPC and the Provisional Regulations of the CPC on the Election of Grass roots Organizations and other relevant provisions and procedures, the General Assembly voted to adopt the Measures for Election of Party Members' Congresses of the CPC Dacheng Biochemical Technology Group Co., Ltd. The attending party members strictly followed the relevant regulations and procedures of the election, and adopted anonymous voting to elect five comrades, Wang Guicheng, Wang Hongshan, Tai Shubin, Sha Yufeng, and Chen Shengdi, as members of the second committee of the Communist Party of China Dacheng Biochemical Technology Group Co., Ltd., and three comrades, Chen Shengdi, Chai Zhen, and Cui Peixin, as members of the second discipline inspection committee.
At the end of the conference, Comrade Wang Guicheng made a statement on behalf of the new Party Committee. He stated that he will take responsibility in his heart, shoulder responsibility, and fulfill responsibility in his actions. He will lead the new Party committee team to take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, and under the leadership of the Agricultural Development Group Party Committee, resolutely implement the work deployment of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Government, and Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and continuously promote the deepening reform actions of Dacheng Group. At the same time, it is required that all party branches and all party members and cadres implement tasks based on the group's development goals and various economic indicators after the meeting, with a more firm belief, a more vigorous spirit, and a more solid pace, to win the turning point of Dacheng Group's reform and rescue.
